Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical design efforts, coordinating with engineering teams and clients to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Direct the work of junior engineers and designers, ensuring timely and accurate document production.
- Develop electrical power system models using industry-standard software.
- Oversee the creation of schematics, diagrams, schedules, and other documentation utilizing CAD software.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to drive project success.
- Ensure designs meet industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
- Expertise in electrical standards, codes, and vendor equipment.
- Experience coordinating work within a team of engineers and designers.
- Proficiency in power system design and control system networks.
- Familiarity with grounding, lighting, and cable tray layouts in industrial design.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience with EasyPower software.
