Senior Electrical Engineer - TECHSTAFF of AZ

We are seeking a Senior Level skilled/experienced electrical engineer knowledgeable in power, lighting and HVAC electrical system design for producing and reviewing building construction documents. Electrical Engineers work as part of a team with our clients (mostly architects, contractors and developers) and other engineers and designers to design a multitude of different building types. This position may require some in-field work gathering information, attending meetings and performing inspections on construction sites, etc.

Experience:

3 - 5 years of related engineering experience

Consulting Engineering: 3 years (Required)

Skills Required:

• A working knowledge of the National Electric Code

• Proficient AutoCAD skills, capable of doing design/input in AutoCAD & REVIT

• Familiar with IECC lighting requirements and calculations

• Knowledge in Specialty Power System Analysis and Arc Flash/Coordination studies is a plus

• Be able to manage multiple projects at once

• Communicate well with co-workers, clients, contractors and building officials

Compensation: Position is full-time, salary, wages DOE. This position is In-office only and is not work-from-home or hybrid. However, we do offer a flexible work schedule and promote a healthy work-life balance.
