Engineer who will help champion this effort.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership of all aspects of electronics design in all
project steps from concept through manufacturing release of In-Situ products.
Participate as a member of multiple product development teams to design
electronic systems.
Represent electrical engineering team in a multi-discipline product
development team.
Specify, develop, and maintain electronic design of products including
sensors' analog front-end, microcontroller, communication subsystems,
and power management.
Lead overall schematic design including circuit simulation.
Guide PCB and layout design including layer stack up, signal integrity
analysis, and power distribution network.
Conduct board bring up, design verification and validation activities.
Conduct technical research projects for future revenue generation.
Desired:
Hands on hardware engineering and design prototyping experience.
Working knowledge in electro-optical systems.
Knowledge in low noise analog sensor design.
Knowledge in digital signal processing and its applications.
Experience performing critical circuit analysis and simulation utilizing tools
such as PSpice.
Experience working with remote team members (50% of EE are remote).
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
with a minimum of 10 years' experience
Strong Electrical Engineering fundamentals (analog circuit design, signal
and power integrity, etc.)
Proficient in schematic capture with Altium.
A strong team player, result-oriented, excellent communicator, and
comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
Working Environment/Physical Activities
This role is on-site, 5 days per week, in a collaborative environment
working with cross-functional teams in person and over the internet.
Hybrid/remote work is not available for this role. This role may require
occasional travel (up to 10%).
Total Rewards
Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with the applicant's
education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as
alignment with market data and internal comps.
Salary Range: $120,000-$149,000
Additional Compensation: Participation in a Company-sponsored variable
compensation plan.
