Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical cabinets for machine orders, ensuring adherence to standards and customer specifications.
• Support customers and service technicians by troubleshooting and addressing electrical issues.
• Lead new equipment designs, component improvements, and electrical design innovations.
• Plan and oversee electrical project assignments in collaboration with department management.
• Guide and supervise electrical design and assembly personnel, ensuring project timelines and goals are met.
• Recommend and implement design enhancements, methods, or equipment updates as needed.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD for electrical designs.
• Experience designing and working with electrical panels.
• Familiarity with capital equipment.
• Competence with SAP and Microsoft Suite tools.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
