POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst, eCommerce Strategy is a dynamic position focused on leveraging data analytics and creative problem-solving to drive strategic initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to create actionable templates and lead projects that support our business objectives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to fostering relationships with major retailers like Amazon, optimizing partnerships with platforms such as Walmart and Instacart, and launching social commerce on emerging platforms like TikTok Shop. We are looking for a proactive individual with strong relationship-building skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a commitment to driving eCommerce growth and innovation.
The preferred candidate will be within commutable distance to the Nestlé Health Science Headquarter location in Bridgewater, NJ , or our other hub locations in the NY Metro market, Chicago, IL, or Palm Beach, FL.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Collaborate with the Ecommerce team, leveraging industry trends and consumer insights from various third-party data sources.
+ Articulate complex data sets in a clear and concise manner both verbally and via Excel/Powerpoint.
+ Develop standardized category review templates (utilizing Power BI) to drive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
+ Assist with research and lead projects that deliver solutions benefiting both the customer and brands.
+ Work collaboratively in a team environment while completing cross-functional tasks/projects.
+ Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
+ Work with sales team on fostering strong relationship with Amazon to drive customer development initiatives, ensuring alignment on eCommerce strategies and maximizing sales opportunities.
+ Work with sales team to develop and optimize retailer.com partnerships (e.g., Walmart, Instacart) to grow online retailer presence.
+ Launch social commerce, focusing on emerging platforms such as TikTok Shop to drive sales growth.
+ Design and implement strategic initiatives to expand the brand's footprint in emerging eCommerce markets, leveraging innovative solutions and partnerships.
+ Travel up to 10%.
+ Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Minimum 2 years of Consulting or Consumer-Packaged Goods experience or relevant experience required.
+ Minimum 2 years of Ecommerce experience is preferable; 84.51 & Power BI preferred
+ Prior experience working with Excel & PowerPoint data required.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
+ Collaborative, ability to build relationships and senior level engagement.
+ Demonstrated proactive mindset, characterized by a strong inclination towards action and initiative.
+ Problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset.
+ Microsoft Office (very strong Excel/PowerPoint), IRI, Customer and Syndicated Data.
+ Understanding of Content/SEO.
+ Power BI.
+ Retailer specific data knowledge (Amazon).

The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000 to $96,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
