Mid-size private investment firm with magnificent offices in the heart of NYC is seeking an extremely professional, loyal, and pro-active Executive Assistant with 4+ years-experience to support a very Senior Executive.

Must possess a college degree, proficiency in MS Outlook, Salesforce and CRM, and hands on experience managing the day-to-day business of a highly recognizable and well-respected executive in the finance world.

Prior experience coordinating international travel, and experience balancing meeting schedules and calendars required. College degree with exceptional references required.
