About IINE
IINE was founded in 1918 and is one of the New England region’s longest-established, largest, and most trusted non-profit organizations serving refugees and immigrants. With site offices in Boston and Lowell, Massachusetts, Manchester, New Hampshire, and New York City, IINE provides a comprehensive resettlement program, creating opportunities for refugees and immigrants to succeed through resettlement, education, career advancement and pathways to citizenship.
The need for IINE’s services has never been greater: the number of refugees and immigrants participating in its family reunification, education, skills training, job placement, and legal services programs in the region has more than quadrupled over the last few years. IINE’s Unaccompanied Children’s Program is one of the largest in New England.
IINE’s mission and impact is critical to the growth of our communities and economy – and delivers on the values of our nation to welcome refugees and immigrants.
