Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a positive and effective culture by living, communicating and leading through CHG's core values. Create an environment in which others are motivated to remain with the organization.
- Responsible for oversight and guidance for specialty teams to ensure results and outcomes are consistent with financial, cultural, and overall performance objectives/strategies.
- Guides the creation and implementation of a growth strategy that is designed to meet the specialty team(s) growth initiatives.
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and motivate sales leaders to execute growth plans in line with the company's strategic initiatives. Coach teams and leaders to optimum performance.
- Provide leadership for diagnosing and problem resolution to facilitate improved working relationships, both internally and externally
- Participate in the development and execution of the formal divisional budgeting process.
- Translate strategies into specific goals, tactics, action plans, and deliverables.
- Builds a leadership team that is able to advance divisional strategies.
- Creates a development-focused culture in the division, supporting others' development efforts and reinforcing the value of learning. Develops others through coaching, feedback, exposure and stretch assignments.
- Effectively communicate objectives, programs and strategies to reinforce our amazing culture and achieve results Identifying, hiring, training, and mentoring individuals on team.
- Assist with the execution of CHG initiatives and CHLT division strategy to help us grow and continuously improve our business.
- Utilize employee/customer feedback and financial/activity data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, implement change and allocate resources appropriately.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking ways to improve processes within the division.
- Keep people focused on the division's key initiatives and priorities.
- Ensure that the CompHealth team provides the highest quality service and experience to physicians and clients.
- Create positive energy in the face of challenge. Inspire others to follow.
- Takes on stretch assignments and career opportunities that will broaden capabilities.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in sales operations management in the staffing industry or successful experience in the management of locum tenens staffing
- Demonstrated ability to meet both financial and non-financial goals for a variety of teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a team environment and participate as a member of a broader leadership team
- Experience leading in a people centric culture
- Experience leading multiple sales teams
- Demonstrated ability to positively impact people retention
- Understanding of financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to positively impact customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives, increase sales and market share
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop senior level leaders

- College degree preferred
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $160,000.00 -- $280,000.00 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
