About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
Drive order bookings, revenue growth, and secure new business opportunities.
Build and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and five-year strategic plans.
Manage both domestic and international accounts, including distributors and sales representatives.
Collaborate with engineering and functional leaders for timely product launches.
Lead new business activities, including proposals and contract negotiations.
Cultivate strong customer relationships and uncover new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven expertise in Aerospace & Defense technical sales (design-to-spec products/systems).
Deep understanding of fluid control valves, hydraulic/electro-mechanical/pneumatic systems, and more.
Exceptional leadership skills and a proven ability to work across functional teams.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and business development skills.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
