Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute merger strategies for two software products and with two distinct tech stacks.
- Drive the architectural strategy, establish clear acceptance criteria, and engage in thorough planning to proactively identify and address potential obstacles.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance when necessary, with a passion for learning new technologies and applying the best tools for the task at hand.
- Ensure swift execution and delivery of projects, presenting detailed options and estimates to the CTO, and backing decisions with strong, data-driven rationale.
- Build a framework for empowered, high-performing teams, emphasizing autonomy, accountability, and purposeful action in alignment with business goals.
- Take charge of complex problem-solving scenarios, overseeing the simultaneous management of both applications without requiring prior healthcare domain experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing multiple tech stacks and streamlining application processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a penchant for handling multiple challenges simultaneously.
- Business customer focus and strong business acumen, focused on understanding and meeting architectural patterns and business goals.
- Adept at driving teams toward strong architectural frameworks and detailed planning, with a mindset geared towards gap analysis and coaching.
- A passion for technology, with the agility to learn new languages and systems and a focus on using the most effective tools for each job.
- Proven ability to guide teams through the intricacies of software architecture, planning, and strategic gap analysis.
- Data-driven approach to decision making and capable of synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.
