We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Director of Digital Workplace to join our team. This leader will be responsible for advancing the delivery of a portfolio of applications and technologies that support digital employee experience and elevate the digital dexterity of our workforce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for modern technology, a relentless pursuit of new ways of working, and strong business relationship acumen. This role is pivotal in delivering the future of work by crafting a digital workplace program that supports the workforce of today and the future. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role will lead a team of directors and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a culture that enables digital dexterity by fostering the ambition and ability to use technology for better business outcomes.
- Develop and implement a digital workplace strategy that delivers a productive and positive digital employee experience.
- Harmonize applications within a digital workplace framework to deliver business-enabling technology.
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders and line of business leaders to ensure digital workplace initiatives support business outcomes.
- Lead the development, publication, and maintenance of the digital workplace framework for contextualizing employee attention and connective services.
- Organize and lead a digital workplace steering committee to plan and govern digital workplace initiatives.
- Regularly measure digital workplace maturity through analysis and tracking of ambition, accomplishments, and business impact.
- Partner with HR to understand team members' challenges and experiences, and incorporate this knowledge into digital workplace planning.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the selection and support of applications to support business outcomes.
- Ensure applications are effectively secured in collaboration with IT security.
- Improve the digital experience for clinicians by implementing technologies that streamline workflows, enhance communication, and reduce administrative burdens.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to identify and address the unique digital needs of healthcare providers, ensuring that digital workplace initiatives support clinical excellence and patient care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- ITIL certification obtained within 2 years of hire.
- A minimum of ten years of functional experience in the business function, including at least five years facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects.
- Expertise in End Point technologies, Productivity/Collaboration platforms, and Infrastructure Operations.
- Strong leadership competencies including superior communication skills, strategic agility, analytical thinking, and high emotional intelligence.
