About the Job

Maintain a strong understanding of the priorities, vision, and mission of the University, UT Medical Center, and Dell Medical School.

Develop and manage a portfolio of 50 prospective donors.

Engage in qualification, strategy development, and relationship building to secure major gifts of $1,000,000 for Dell Medical School and UT Health Austin.

Increase engagement with high-net-worth prospects and secure $1M gifts.

Collaborate with Texas Development to tap into new Central Texas wealth.

Consistently generate $9-12M annually within 36 months.

Work with faculty and leadership to implement principal gift strategies.

Participate in goal setting, proposal preparation, and donor stewardship.

Utilize fundraising databases for tracking and documentation.
