About the Job
HTEC Group is searching for a Senior Director of Business Growth to join our global sales leadership team to support our growing clients in North America and Europe. The Sr. Director of Business Growth role will be a Sales Leadership role functioning as a player/coach responsible for developing and securing a pipeline of new opportunities at key strategic clients as well as leading a team of Directors focused on existing accounts and establishing new relationships with under-penetrated business units or departments.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience preferred
- Technology and consulting acumen with the ability to positively translate into business value.
- Strong customer value orientation - you want your clients to succeed with their objectives.
- The expertise to sell premium, not commoditized, services.
- “Hunter" mentality with a proven record of success driving complex sales through a disciplined process.
- Leadership skills and ability to train and coach team members to help them realize their best potential.
- Demonstrable track record of generating TCV (Total Contract Value) deals in excess of $10M-50M.
- Comfortability and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders at the business and technology level, using a consultative selling approach to maximize the customer outcomes.
- An entrepreneurial drive that ensures you will be able to rally other HTEC colleagues around necessary activities and be willing to "get your hands dirty" with artifact creation.
Performance Components:
- Leading a team of Director Business Growth focused on closing TCV that would an drive $4M of new revenue contribution in 2024
- Leading team by example focusing on account expansion beyond current footprint
- Tech and delivery diversification within the deals sold
- Introduction of new capabilities and services
- Relationship building; including quantity, quality and level
- Deal stewardship
- Non-sales team interactions
- Expanding HTEC Brand and Market Positioning.
