Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning products to meet their needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 outside sales representatives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and optimize customer solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 7 years in senior sales roles and 5 years managing teams.
- Travel: Less than 50%
