Senior Director, Minecraft Ecosystem Experiences and Services - Microsoft Corporation

As part of the Ecosystem Experiences & Services team at Mojang, this role will report to the COO and partner closely with studio leadership to drive product innovation to deliver the best experience to our players and fans. We are looking for an experienced Senior Director, Minecraft Ecosystem Experiences and Services who would drive new capabilities to build efficient, scalable, performant, resilient products and services. You will provide leadership for multi-disciplinary teams that span across the franchise. This position will require a balanced set of scalability and data driven framework to make informed decisions with an end user focus, partner engagement/collaboration and execution excellence/commitment. The position requires you to work with product teams across the studio, has executive exposure, and unlimited opportunities for growth and impact. Product Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $158,500 - $276,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $202,800 - $304,200 per year.
