Role Description & Responsibilities The Sr.
Director, Marketing – NAM GEO will lead and manage key departments within the GEO Marketing group, including Partner Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Event marketing (trade shows). • At the regional (GEO) level, oversee the local marketing team to provide a high level of leadership and management to optimize and grow their contribution to Dassault Systèmes’ business, managing areas such as direct and in-direct channel marketing, events, and digital, along with budget oversight.• At a global level, sharing knowledge and best practices with your peers from different GEOs around the world to increase the overall business impact.• Instrumental in the definition and execution of the GEO marketing strategy. • Define, develop, and implement a robust awareness & reputation plan for the group/GEO, ensuring collaboration and message alignment with global marketing pillars.• Build and execute an integrated GEO marketing plan aligned with the GEO strategy.• Contribute to the go-to-market strategy with documented insights on key market and competitive trends.• Establish a leadership pipeline by mentoring senior marketing professionals to ensure the continuous evolution of the GEO marketing team’s capabilities and influence.• Oversee the smooth execution of the operational marketing plan.• Manage and maintain the annual marketing budget.• Collaborate closely with the GEO managing director on the GEO Business Strategy and planning.• Represent marketing in external group/GEO activities (e.g., as a speaker at events, or in public relations efforts) to drive thought leadership/mind-share, interest and business growth.Qualifications • Over 15 years leading sales marketing in high-tech B2B software industries or manufacturing businesses.• Proven experience in developing/executing business transformation programs and associated buying journey and content for Manufacturing and/or Software companies e.g., industrial, medical, enterprise process management, business platforms, ERP, CRM, CAD-CAM-CAE, GIS, medical, or industrial.• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.• Expertise in designing customer journeys and lifecycle marketing strategies, focusing on enhancing customer experience and retention.• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.• Proven ability to lead teams and organizations through change.• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.• Proficiency in using data analytics and business intelligence tools to drive informed marketing strategies and measure ROI.• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.• Demonstrated ability to excel in high-visibility situations, especially when interacting with customers, partners, and executive management. • Experience creating sales tools and enablement programs that drive sales success. • Bachelor's degree required.
MBA highly preferred.Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience.
The total expected compensation range will be between $ 224,900 - 264,600 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
