About the job Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) is Google’s fully managed edge hardware and software product for enterprises and public sector to innovate with AI, keep data secure and independent, and modernize with a Kubernetes-based consistent and open developer experience from edge to cloud.As Senior Director, Infrastructure Services for GDC, you will lead an organization of Software Engineers to develop software products for GDC.
You will define the vision and strategy for GDC Infrastructure-level services including networking, host management, OS/Kernel, Edge appliance, HA/DR, and GDC Systest/Eng Prod.
You will work with Product Management, Go-To-Market, and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and define the roadmap for the organization.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry.
