As the Senior Director, Information Technology, you will be responsible end to end for one of the key AMAPAC Divisions. This would include supporting new sales, implementations, support, and enhancements. You will manage on or more departments/verticals and IT business services focused on the information technology requirements of GXO clients including supporting business development from an IT perspective, project and change management, and ongoing client relationship management. You will ensure the execution of client management is consistent with defined and documented GXO policies and you will support the expansion of GXO's business based on current goals and strategies.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Manage entire IT organization for one of the AMAPAC divisions. Including: overall financials, project profitability, new sales, support, incidents, & Work Orders. Leader will also manage talent & performance & drive overall IT delivery.
- Drive understanding of new client, solution needs & assist with building IT solution- feasibility, scope, cost, timeline, etc. to support sales growth.
- Manage all on-going projects & drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver on time, on budget, defect-free.
- Communicate, escalate, manage & problem solve all support related issues including high priority incidents & follow-up root causes & prevention errors.
- Regularly connect with client CIO's & COOs, internal BU Presidents & executives, instill trust, manage relationships & prioritize across IT to drive outcomes.
- Set strategy, priorities & clear expectations within team & hold team accountable to it.
- Analyze business objectives and customer needs; develop, communicate, and implement strategic plans; analyze costs and forecasts, and incorporate into business plans; drive budgeting, forecasting & variance reconciliation process.
- Drive consistency & best practice adherence by promoting good documentation, & knowledge sharing across the team.
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 7 years of experience in IT Project and Program Management experience
- 5 years of experience leading Managers or large teams
- Demonstrated experience in IT delivery, project, and program management, preferably within 3PL environment.
- Implementation and support experience with web-based applications
- Experience with warehouse operational function and process
- 10+ years of IT Project and Program Management experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with supply chain systems integration, WMS, TMS, OMS etc.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation and listening skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in the administration of all areas of IT services activities: business analysis, software development, transaction processing, systems, and user administration.
