Position Description:
PAR is seeking an experienced and strategic sales leader to drive revenue growth for our hardware products and services. This is a highly visible role within the organization and provides an opportunity for the right individual to play a significant role in our Company’s success. You will work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as well as internal and external partners to drive operational efficiency at all levels.

What We’re Looking For:
Entrees (Requirements):
- Experience planning and executing against an annual operating plan, P+L ownership.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, ability to identify trends and communicate to align teams across the organization, across the globe, and in partner companies.
- Deep knowledge of the managed teams and overall knowledge of the broader function.
- Reports to top Leadership. Manages multiple teams within a broader departmental function.
- 5+ years of managerial experience in a professional setting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering/Finance required, Master’s preferred.
- Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from hardware product sales and associated services across all markets and customer segments.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a world-class domestic & international sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on consistent over-achievement.
- Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and executive teams to align with product roadmaps, pricing, promotions, and sales enablement programs.
- Manage sales forecasting processes and provide accurate projections to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
