Equifax is looking for a Senior Director, Go to Launch who will drive cross-functional launch initiatives to completion through timely execution of milestones and deliverables, risk management across multiple work workstreams, and a collaborative approach to problem solving. This person displays a growth-mindset, tactfully engages in difficult conversations, and plays to win.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with leaders across the Equifax Workforce Solutions landscape
- Ensure OKRs and KPIs align with focus areas and LT goals and strategies
- Make data-driven decisions
- Prepares and present Executive level presentations and communications
- Understand risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies to delivery timelines
- Survey performance landscapes and audit dependencies across multiple domains as well as make strategic recommendations and forecast risk
What experience you need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline
- 7+ years of management consulting and / or project and program management experience in a high growth, complex environment
What could set you apart:
- Experience working with Senior Leaders and Executive Program sponsors
- Experience leading and successfully delivering results for complex growth initiatives or business transformations which involve large cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated record of delivering strong business results
- Demonstrated experience of indirect/influential leadership; managing others without having direct ownership of the team
- Strong analytical capability, project management and process improvement experience
- Ability to make decisions related to project/initiative objectives, requirements, process, and budget
- Ability to endorse change, sponsor change initiatives and search for other organizations best practices to adopt or modify change
- Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and BUs/COEs by recognizing dependencies to the project/program
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- An ability to build trusted relationships in all levels of the organization
- Excellent presentation skills to socialize project plans and dashboards to executives and stakeholder audiences in person and remotely
- Aptitude to work closely with a variety of business partners and program managers to ensure success in assigned projects and supporting programs
