We seek a talented and experienced Senior/Executive Director of Cell & Gene Therapy and Biologics Bioanalysis to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall growth and management of one of the cell & gene therapy service lines, leading a team across multiple locations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide scientific expertise and leadership to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and gross profit margin
• Build and lead a high-performing team of scientists and project managers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development and Marketing, to develop and execute a winning sales strategy
• Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive success

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field (e.g., biology, chemistry, biochemistry) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Bioanalytical field
• Proven track record of leading and growing a scientific team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Experience developing and implementing strategic business plans
