About the Position

The Senior Director of Business Development Strategy will be crucial in shaping Formation Bio's strategic direction. Acting as a key advisor to the Chief Business Officer, this role involves identifying high-value opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing AI capabilities for strategic planning.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategy consulting, business development, or venture capital, along with hands-on experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors.
