Your Role:
As a Loan Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the loan process from start to finish. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, brokers, and internal teams, you'll ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your duties will include setting timelines, collecting necessary documents, conducting due diligence searches, and overseeing the closing process. With a focus on maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional service, you'll contribute to our mission of providing small businesses with access to vital financial resources.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the loan process, facilitating communication between clients, brokers, and internal teams.
- Set timelines and coordinate with all parties involved to ensure a smooth closing process.
- Correspond with clients, escrow/title companies, and insurance providers to gather required documentation and coordinate closing activities.
- Collect, review, and upload all necessary items to the company's loan operating system, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
- Engage with preliminary title reports and conduct due diligence searches on borrowers, guarantors, and businesses.
- Coordinate third-party reports, such as appraisal reports, environmental assessments, and business valuations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SBA loan processing.
- Strong understanding of SBA eligibility and guidelines.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software and systems.
- Team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience.
