We are looking for a motivated and ambitious interactive designer to join our highly collaborative group of talented designers and developers! You will be joining a group that strives for excellence in every facet of the projects we work on both internally and for our clients.

As a Senior Digital Web/Graphic Designer, you will be the driving force on all of your creative projects. You will be responsible for the execution of project concepts from start to finish. Attention to detail should be second to none and you should demonstrate the desire and ability to continually innovate and push the boundaries of your work. You should possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively communicate your design ideas within the creative team, other departments within the agency and to clients. You should possess a proven ability to meet deadlines, while handling multiple projects, and accounts.

Responsibilities

1. Develop concepts from creative briefs and direction from Account Management, Development, and AEs
2. Produce wireframes, sketches, storyboards, workflows, as well as clickable prototypes for usability testing
3. Communicate and present a clear vision of concepts to clients and account teams
4. Create and formulate a visual and emotional expression to the target audience
5. Develop the design aspect within project teams with minimal oversight
6. Self-manage deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and design quality is excellent
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions with team members or with client to define visual design direction
8. Attend, participate and give feedback at project and internal team meetings
9. Help build a strong company culture driven around design and communication and collaboration

Requirements

1. A degree in graphic design, UI design or similar creative field
2. Passion for clean design, love of typography, knowledge of color theory, desire to solve problems in an innovative manner, and eagerness to continually learn/grow
3. Produce high-end functional interface designs for responsive websites, landing pages, banners, emails and more
4. Strong creative and critical thinking skills
5. Agency and/or comparable experience with knowledge of digital and mobile marketing B2B and B2C
6. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional interactive work for a variety of clients and industries
7. Expert level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as well as additional experience with the full range of Adobe Creative Suite Products
8. Sound knowledge of the realities of executing designs within an online environment (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
9. Ability to concept, implement and contribute to all aspects of the creative process, including: branding, strategy, information architecture and usability
10. Exceptional communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills, and work ethic, experience presenting and communicating design ideas and project goals to clients
11. Proven leadership ability and willingness to mentor junior designers and interns
12. Must be detail oriented and ambitious
