About the Role
Our client's North American Digital Marketing team needs a dedicated, hard-working, reliable, and fun contract Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to cover while a team member takes parental leave. You will work cross-functionally, to effectively market the value of our client to prospects and customers on their website. In addition to delivering digital experiences, you will use UX research, A/B testing, and analytics to formulate insights and drive incremental improvements.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with solution marketers and cross-functional teams, including project management, omnichannel marketing, personalization, marketing analytics, creative services, web production, and others to bring compelling digital experiences to life. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for leading the creation and optimization of end-to-end digital experiences for industry-specific content on our client's website, ensuring a seamless user journey and supporting other digital marketing initiatives as needed. This requires strong digital marketing and project management expertise, hands-on experience with content management systems, and excellent collaboration skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ownership and execution of North America digital strategy for Industries; reporting against business objectives set with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Demonstrate your broad digital marketing expertise in user experience, SEO, social media, paid media, omnichannel, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and marketing technologies to deliver performative digital experiences.
- Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams of various partners that include solution marketers, writers, designers, web producers, developers, QA, and agency resources to build and maintain digital experiences.
- Define user engagement and conversion success metrics and continuously monitor and optimize for performance.
- While webpage creation is owned by our web producers, there will be the need for limited production work in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Immerse yourself in the latest industry and competitor digital marketing trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experience. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proficient across various areas of digital marketing: user experience, SEO, social media, paid media, omnichannel, segmentation, personalization, analytics, and marketing technologies
- Ability to find opportunities and recommend solutions that have outcomes aligning to marketing objectives.
- Proven program management skills, driving vision and leading delivery across cross-functional teams, for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curious, creative, and results oriented.
Other Qualifications
- Experience with CMS, analytics tools, and project management software. Experience with AEM, Adobe Analytics, Workfront, or Jira is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to problem solve, lead, influence, create visibility, and motivate both business and technical colleagues.
- Enterprise software and/or B2B experience is highly desirable.
