Summary

​We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Designer to join our team on a short-term contract. In this role, you will focus on creating high-quality product detail images for all Avon products. Your work will directly enhance the online shopping experience, ensuring that our products are presented in a visually appealing and informative manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a designer in the beauty, fashion, or e-commerce industry.

·        Must present an online portfolio that shows composition and layout design with strong typography and high-end photography

·        Deep expertise using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator)

• Proficient designing assets and mockups in Figma

• Familiarity with digital image optimization for e-commerce platforms.

·        Retouching skills a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce detailed, high-quality product images for all Avon products.

• Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to understand branding and product features.

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all visual assets.

• Enhance product imagery by incorporating creative design elements that resonate with our target audience.

• Manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery of all assets.

• Provide creative input to improve overall product image presentation.

• Support Art Directors during photoshoots by capturing supplementary imagery.
