POSITION SUMMARY
As a Sr. Digital Brand Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our restaurant brands. You will work closely with our marketing teams to develop and create big ideas, and compelling designs that are innovative, on-brand, on-trend, and can translate across all marketing communications and resonate with our guests. Your creativity and attention to detail will be instrumental in producing high-quality designs for point of purchase materials, Website, menus, digital, and print media assets. Website building/SEO, Photo/Video production experience preferred.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES – Including, but not limited to:
· Brand Development: Collaborate with each brand’s marketing teams to develop strategic goals and objectives; establish and ensure brand guidelines for each restaurant brand are relevant, up to date and consistent across all platforms.
· Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for all menus, promotional materials, social media, websites, 3rd party delivery sites and internal communications.
· Website: Ability to build, design, update and maintain website to ensure best in class user experience, analyze results and functionality and be primary liaison to all outside vendor partners. Oversee digital marketing partners development of SEO strategies and tactics that improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
· Photography & Videography: Development and execution of day to day food photography and promotional videos to use in marketing materials and social sites to showcase our promotional and culinary offering. Collaborate with agency production teams for campaign production needs for major media campaigns to drive customer engagement.
· Oversee Digital Brand coordinator for social and loyalty marketing platforms.
· Special projects and other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS
Experience/Training:
· 5+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
· Agency experience preferred.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), word, and excel.
· Photography and Video experience.
· Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in food and beverage or retail.
Required:
- Strong understanding of design principles, graphic design, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Think strategically and creatively, and work collaboratively with cross brand leadership.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects efficiently and effectively and be accountable to timelines.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude that embraces change and strives for greatness.
- Display a desire to grow and learn, keep up on trends and take on additional responsibilities as they arise.
- Organizational discipline to develop processes and procedures.
- Fluency on social platforms.
- Video knowledge required from pre-production to completion.
