Responsibilities

As a Senior Art Director / Visual Designer, you will:

• Design exceptional creative assets

  across digital, print, and interactive platforms, including branding, web, presentations, and marketing collateral.

• Collaborate with

  project and account managers, creative directors, strategists, writers, and clients

  to ensure work aligns with strategy and exceeds expectations.

• Generate design artifacts such as mood boards, style frames, layouts, prototypes, and final deliverables.

• Provide art direction while maintaining hands-on involvement throughout the creative process.

• Present and articulate ideas effectively to both internal teams and clients.

• Embrace Human-Centered Design principles and adapt to feedback with a positive mindset.

• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on graphic design experience, ideally with prior art direction in an agency or post-production environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, layout, branding, digital/web design, and experience with

  generative AI tools.

• Proven ability to take ownership of design projects and execute at an industry-leading level.

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with (or willingness to learn) Figma.

• Experience with brand building, visual identity, and presentation design.

• Strong creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-first mindset.

• Highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

• Collaborative, open-minded, and confident presenting ideas to clients and teams.
