Our technology can be found wherever computing happens - from the tiniest sensor to smartphones, laptops, networking equipment, automotive, robotics to the largest servers.Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced self-starting software engineer with a passion for working with our partner developers to solve a diverse range of challenges across our ecosystems. As a Developer Relations Engineer in our growing team, you will be helping to solve technical challenges for our partners, discussing their issues, and ensuring their developers are getting the best from Arm's technologies and tooling.Responsibilities:Learn new Arm technologies and envision how they could be implemented, deployed, and bring value to our ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal Arm experts to understand new tools, technologies and their application with our developer partners.Proactively engage directly with our software partners to understand their performance challenges, goals, and how Arm can provide a solution to improve their product or user’s experience.Comfortable in front of partners to perform hands-on development when required, reproduce partner issues and engineer proof-of-concept solutions.Work with a wide range of ecosystem partners to present new and existing technologies exploring a deployable solution or proof-of-concept.Required Skills and Experience :Excellent communication skills: able to express ideas and connect with internal teams, external partners and the wider developer community.Experience with compute performance modelling, profiling, debugging, and code optimization with various compute platforms.Experience with debugging performance problems on Windows or Linux systems.Comfortable interacting with and maintaining relationships with software developers and customers to answer technical questions and resolve issues.“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :Previous experience working with external developers in a relationship role.Familiar with the Arm architecture and experience with silicon bring up.Self-starter with a curiosity for all computing platforms in various domains (e.g.
