Senior Design Engineer - Transportation (WI, MN, IL) - Oneida ESC Group

OES has immediate openings for a Senior Design Engineer - Transportation in Wisconsin, Eastern Minnesota or Northern Illinois. We offer a competitive salary, great benefits, and a hybrid work environment (both in-office and remote).

Compensation Range: $95k to $125k (Negotiable based on experience and location)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery and budgets for transportation and/or civil infrastructure projects.
• Assist in the development of proposals and estimates.
• Provide design expertise and mentoring of other staff members.
• Oversee and/or lead the development of roadway design and plans for urban and rural highways and interchanges.
• Oversee and/or lead the preparation of environmental documents, miscellaneous design reports, and final PSE packages.
• Lead meetings with clients and the general public.
• Work cooperatively with other engineers and project managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• Experience managing WisDOT projects.
• Licensed Wisconsin PE or ability to obtain license within one year.
• Interest in transportation related design and construction projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OpenRoads Design software
