About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Director of Client Services to manage a portfolio of high-growth clients. This is a delivery-focused role, with a strong emphasis on client engagement, revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, with the autonomy to build and lead a team while driving substantial growth for key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of services for major client accounts, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Drive significant revenue growth by scaling client portfolios (e.g., from $2M to $10M+ over 3–5 years).
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and CTO, to align strategies and goals.
- Establish and lead a high-performing delivery team.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience delivering technology services with a focus on client success.
- Strong account management expertise, including hands-on delivery for large portfolios.
- Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Familiarity with managed services, cloud optimisation, and software development processes.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in pre-sales or sales engineering is a plus.
