Compensation: $120,000-150,000

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Position: Senior Database Developer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Database Developer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your technical expertise in data transformation, backend data development, and the Microsoft tech stack to a mission-driven organization focused on serving the community. You’ll be joining a dedicated team working on multiple high-impact projects. If you’re passionate about data and community-oriented work, this could be the ideal fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend data processes including transformation and aggregation.
• Optimize SQL performance, tune databases, and build Power BI reports.
• Manage your own development environment as a dev DBA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data initiatives with organizational goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong expertise in backend data development and transformation. 7 years experience preferred. 
• Proficiency with the Microsoft tech stack, including SQL tuning, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory (preferably on-prem).
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and analysis.
• Strong dev DBA skills, able to manage your own development environment independently.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Consulting background with a demonstrated problem-solving mindset and curiosity.
• Familiarity with government or community-oriented tech stacks.
