Senior Data Scientist - Compunnel Inc.

We are hiring for our client in the biotechnology services.

Duration: 5 months (extendable)

100% onsite

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data collection strategies for mid to large-scale data analysis projects.
• Develop, validate, and verify data analysis tools in collaboration with development science, clinical affairs, and algorithm development teams.
• Automate reports and integrate tools into existing data pipelines for seamless operation.
• Analyze and transform data using advanced data science techniques to build impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate algorithms and tools.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, developing custom data analysis tools to address domain-specific challenges.
• Ensure high-quality and regulatory-compliant development of data analysis tools.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and validating large-scale data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Python with at least 5 years of experience.
• Expertise in wrangling, analyzing, and visualizing biological growth data using libraries like seaborn, plotly, and matplotlib.
• Competence in signal processing, time series analysis, and statistical analysis.

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in life sciences, biopharma, or medical devices.
• Experience with R programming.
• Familiarity with design controls, including FDA 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.
• Experience with traditional machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) techniques.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
