Job Duties: Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards. Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product. Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards. Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities. Understand the business opportunities within and beyond individual franchises to enable profitable growth. Develop the analytical solutions to address the opportunities and partner with business and technology to deploy the solution to achieve impact. Work with technology partners to integrate information and solutions into seamless, repeatable and consistent ways. Act as change-agent by continuing to be on the leading edge of the analytical capabilities outside of J&J while building capability within the organization. Providing thorough leadership by researching best practices and collaborating with external organizations and external partners. Utilize graduate-level research and analysis skills. Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related technical field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation .
Up to 25% travel required (domestic).
