Job Summary:

The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for leading complex data analysis projects that have a direct impact on the company's strategy and operations. Responsibilities:

• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers.

• Manage data science projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of successful project completion.
• Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with data science tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Scala.
• Strong experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing small teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
