Senior Data Scientist - Cubesmart

This is a hybrid role based in the Malvern, PA office.

• As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in shaping our pricing strategies, optimizing our marketing spend, and identifying real estate investment opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Refine and Improve Pricing Models: Leverage advanced modeling techniques and analytics to develop, refine, and enhance our pricing models, ensuring competitive pricing that maximizes revenue.
  • Optimize Marketing Spend: Analyze marketing performance data to identify optimization opportunities, ensuring the highest ROI on our marketing investments.
  • Real Estate Investment Analysis: Utilize predictive modeling and market analysis to identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities for expansion or optimization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to implement data-driven strategies that align with company goals.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Create and present clear, compelling reports that inform and drive strategic decisions at the executive level.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record in pricing strategy, marketing optimization, or investment analysis.
• Education: A Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Math, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools such as Python and SQL, and experience with big data technologies.
• Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations, economics, and market dynamics. Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with a knack for identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities in large datasets.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
