About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Data Integration Developer to build a cutting-edge data and analytics platform for a Federal critical infrastructure agency. They will deliver iterative improvements by incorporating user feedback, applying rigorous and stringent governance processes, and integrating cutting edge technologies (like Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning models) to deliver accessible, elastic environmental information for the agency and American public. They will develop comprehensive data models, data structures and methodologies, and integrate with adjacent data exchanges and information platforms.

Major responsibilities include:
- Design, model, or implement data warehousing and data integration activities.
- Program and configure data lakes, data warehouses, and integrate disparate database information and provide support to platform users.
- Effectively collaborates with business and technical agency staff to develop product vision, features, and release cycles.
- Interface with technical team members, adjacent program offices, adjacent contractors, and external stakeholders
Minimum Education requirement:
University degree (BS) in a closely related field (Information Technology, Business Administration)
Years of Required Work-Related Experience:
5+ years demonstrated experience creating and sustaining integrated data platforms such as data warehouses, data lakes, and data management platforms.
Required Certifications:
Certified System Integration Specialist, Talend Data Integration Certified Developer, or a closely related certification

• Experience with EPA Program offices, development methodologies, and product lifecycles

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
