As a Senior Data Analyst, Warehouse Design, you will support the Customer Solutions group in leading customer-facing meetings. You will perform trend research, manage customer scorecards, proactively identify and drive performance improvements, and ultimately be the advocate for the customer. The Senior Data Analyst, Warehouse Design will work creatively with multiple internal departments including Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve our customers' overall experience.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Extract data from multiple sources, cleanse, transform, and load the data into a central repository
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective action plans when required
- Perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable leadership to make data-driven decisions and reduce the risk of customer churn
- Identify and advocate for robust solutions to recurring issues that affect our customers. Partner with technology teams to prioritize enhancements when appropriate
- Facilitate operational reporting for monthly/quarterly business reviews for assigned focus accounts
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience; or graduate degree with 1 year of related experience; or equivalent experience
- Experience in extracting data from multiple sources and cleanse, transform in Power BI using Power Query, ensure data accuracy, and load the data into a relational database
- Ability to write complex SQL queries in any relational database environment like Oracle, MySQL etc.
- Experience in analyzing complex business data and deriving insights and creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI
- Design and develop efficient and scalable data models to use in reports and analysis
- Good understanding of supply chain, distribution, logistics processes and ability to understand, analyze and interpret the order line level data and generate meaningful reports
- Experience in performing root cause analysis, build predictive, optimization, and simulation models
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to walk thru the data analysis to leadership and/or customers and tell a data-driven story
- Experience with Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel proficiency including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and analyzing multiple lines of data
- Experience in ETL tools like Pentaho, Informatica, SSIS etc., which includes data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and data loading
- Experience in advanced analytics and tools like Python, R etc.
- Experience in visualization tools like Tableau
- Understanding of machine learning, data mining, and experience in algorithmic program development and coding
- Transportation knowledge of TMS and transportation modes, pricing, milk runs, etc.
