THE ROLE
The Technical Product Manager is a key role in our Product team at Pulsate.
This role requires 3+ years of experience and knowledge of working with the Core Banking and Digital Banking ecosystems in the US, either with a Fintech, or in a Credit Union or Bank.
You will be working closely with our customers and partners to understand customer needs and define product requirements. You will create value b66y identifying the best sources of data needed to support high-value use cases, and you will work with the team to figure out how to get the data into Pulsate.
Your analysis work will be crucial in driving new product development at Pulsate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage your strong analytical skills to elicit business requirements for Pulsate's data analytics platform
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data dictionaries to support informed decision making across multiple departments and consumers.
Identify trends and patterns in member behavior and market activity to inform strategic initiatives
Collaborate with customers to understand their data needs and to obtain data points to automate use cases
Understand how data flows through campaigns and works within our product while also determining key results
QUALIFICATIONS
| Previous experience working with financial data in Credit Unions and Community Banks in the US is essential
| Knowledge and understanding of the US fintech and banking ecosystem is essential
| Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
| 4+ years of experience in a business intelligence or product analysis role
| Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
| Strong communication and presentation skills
| Technical mindset that allows you to communicate with our product and engineering teams effectively
| Comfortable working with data formats and data science concepts
| Knowledge of data analytics platforms is an advantage
