WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst for the Procurement organization. The person will play a key role supporting several strategic projects for the Procurement Organization. We are looking for someone that is curious about all things data/business, understands how data is used in a business environment and that will be able to provide actionable insights that enables the Procurement organization to make data-driven decisions. To be successful in this position this person needs to have strong statistical and data science concepts knowledge to solve problems and make recommendations. This person will also need to work cross functionally to achieve success across projects.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will work on a variety of projects applying different data science techniques and statistical analysis to forecast spend, cluster suppliers, build products for analysis and create algorithms towards data classification.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will report to the Director, Data & Analytics Procurement. Collaborate across the Procurement organization and with other data analysts.
WHAT YOU BRING
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, data and analytics, statistics, decision science, or combination or relevant education, experience
+ 5 years of relevant professional experience
+ Experience with key digital marketing KPIs and familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe, snowflake, databricks, etc.
+ Proficiency in data visualization (preferably Tableau or Looker)
+ Prior experience with data analysis
+ Ability to combine disparate data sources and derive actionable insights from them
+ Ability to do data modeling
+ Basic knowledge of data science (clustering, forecasting, etc)
+ Basic understanding of Phyton or R
+ Basic understanding of data warehousing
+ Advanced verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting results to senior leadership
+ Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple work streams
