Job Duties and Responsibilities
Enter orders, prepare quotations, process product returns, and expedite orders as needed.
Process sample requests in a timely manner and follow through on evaluations.
Send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge information, POS instructions, merchandise promotions and advertisements
Incorporating suggestive techniques when assisting customers and responding to any customer inquiries and needs
Qualifications
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, and percentages.
Able to work efficiently with no supervision.
Strong data entry skills are required.
High School education or GED.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Extremely detail-oriented.
