Our wonderful client based in Hudson NH are currently seeking a Customer/Sales Support Administrator to join their growing business on a permanent basis.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of support to the sales team, following up on sales leads and helping to grow and develop client relationships

The Sales Administrator role will include:
- Processing and Maintaining Sales ordersĀ in SAP ERP
- Following up on accounts to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their business activities
- Building and maintaining great relationships with the clients
- Dealing with enquiries via the telephone and email
- Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- General office administration support to the wider team
Key skills and experience to be considered for theĀ role:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage their own time effectively.
- Must have confident communication skills and have an excellent phone manner.
- A good level of MS Suite experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Be able to confidently hold a conversation with a wide variety of clients and individuals.
- To be able to work part of the team and individually.
- Be eager to learn and develop.
- A great team player.
