What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our Dental Intelligence software product. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our customer base and encourage deeper engagement with our platform & longtime customer loyalty.
Outcomes You’ll Own
- Demand Generation: Develop and execute targeted demand generation campaigns to first drive software adoption of our solutions. This includes creating compelling content, leveraging various marketing channels (email, in-app pop ups, webinars, etc.), and tracking campaign performance to optimize results.
- ROI communication: Work with data experts & product specialist to deliver content that showcases what results customer’s have achieved by using our solutions & what additional steps they can take to get even more
- Campaign Coordination: Manage competing priorities and create cohesive, overlapping marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure seamless execution.
- Lifecycle Comms Implementation: As individual campaigns are proven successful for certain circumstances find ways to implement them into the ongoing customer lifecycle.
- Performance Measurement: Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimize future efforts. Iterate quickly to increase desired results
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback from internal teams to identify areas for improvement and inform marketing strategy. Develop a deep understanding of our target audience to tailor messaging and campaigns effectively.
- Manage all mass customer comms – end of life, price increases, automated install/onboarding emails, etc.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 5 years of experience in customer marketing or a similar role within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that improve retention & product expansion opportunities
- Strong ability to learn quickly & adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
What Will Make Us REALLY Love you
