This role will be responsible for conducting a CRM assessment in order to formulate and implement the best type of CRM strategies and product that are in alignment with the company's business objectives. The assessment must include a review of the three types of CRM: Collaborative, Operational and Analytical. This role requires good communication skills, must also be a strategic thinker and have a keen interest in data analysis.

Key Skills:
- Experience in the Medical Device industry – Mandatory.
- Sales Cloud expertise.
- Experience implementing CRM tools; Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.
- Prior experience in conducting CRM Assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a CRM assessment to provide a detailed and comprehensive evaluation of the current CRM application's health, quality, and performance, develop business requirements that align with the business objectives, and conduct CRM software evaluations.
- Responsible for conducting an assessment. Performing a CRM assessment involves assessing the company's current CRM software, compare its feature set to the organization's needs to identify potential data gaps and inefficiencies, and conduct a CRM software selection process.
o Assess current CRM program effectiveness.
o Manage compliance and regulations.
o Identify inefficiencies and gaps.
o Plan for improvements.

- Responsible for requirement gathering, documentation, interviewing stakeholders, etc.
- Develop a roadmap / the best path forward for the organization based on these assessment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM Assessments, Software Evaluation and Implementations.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc).
- Ability to conduct requirement gathering, create documentation, and interview stakeholders, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
