Our client, a well known manufacturing firm, is seeking a Financial Cost Analyst to join its growing team - high growth opportunity!

Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular cost accounting tasks, including inventory valuation, cost of goods sold calculation, and overhead cost allocation.
2. Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
3. Use PowerBI and Tableau to create data visualizations and dashboards that provide insightful financial information.
4. Participate in the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
5. Collaborate with the manufacturing team to understand production costs and make recommendations for financial optimization.
6. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing clear and concise explanations of complex financial data.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in manufacturing finance.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in cost accounting and cost analysis.
3. Proficiency in PowerBI and Tableau.
4. A deep understanding of manufacturing processes and their financial implications.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
7. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A CMA or CPA certification is a plus.
8. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output.
9. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
