Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
A bit about us:
Senior Cost Accountant needed for full time, permanent position in Warminster! You can work from home 2-3 days a week in this positon, it's hybrid remote. Ideally we're looking for someone with construction experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
2. Conduct detailed financial statement analysis to identify trends, variances, and anomalies.
3. Develop comprehensive financial forecasts, reports, and models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
4. Oversee all manufacturing cost accounting activities, including cost analysis, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting and processes.
6. Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
7. Implement process improvements to enhance accounting procedures, accuracy, and efficiency.
8. Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sectors.
3. Proficient in financial statement analysis, forecasting, and manufacturing cost accounting.
4. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting regulations and standards.
