Advise clients on a broad range of private equity and M&A transactions, including buyouts, investments, joint ventures, and divestitures.

Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents such as purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements.

Conduct due diligence and oversee the coordination of deal closings.

Provide strategic legal guidance to clients, including private equity firms, portfolio companies, and corporate entities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, real estate, and finance professionals, to ensure comprehensive deal support.
