About the Role
- Beam is looking for a versatile marketing-focused Senior Copywriter with a strong background in email, website, acquisition, organic and paid social media, as well as print and brand-focused copy. This role will be a thought leader in building and maintaining Beam’s voice to consumers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a knack for direct response writing, and a deep understanding of various marketing channels. This individual will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to create compelling copy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement and conversions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute creative copy for email marketing campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, and automated workflows.
- Write engaging copy for website landing pages, product descriptions, and blog posts.
- Help build and maintain brand voice and style guidelines across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Craft compelling ad copy for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc., with a focus on driving traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and ensure that copy and design work seamlessly together.
- Create captivating social media content for organic and paid campaigns that aligns with brand voice and resonates with our audience.
- Generate copy for print materials such as brochures, flyers, and direct mail campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform copywriting strategies.
- Revise and edit existing copy to improve clarity, consistency, and overall effectiveness.
- Partner with Sr. Data Analyst to report on monthly in-market copy performance for executive leadership.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience as a copywriter in a marketing or advertising agency, in-house marketing team, or freelance capacity. CPG/supplement experience is a plus!
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and experience writing copy for email, website, social media, and advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in SEO principles and experience optimizing copy for search engines is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to accept feedback.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of copywriting samples across various channels and formats.
Location: [Boston, MA or NYC/ Brooklyn, New York, hybrid working structure of 3 days/week in office
