Scheduling
Payroll/eTA , accounts payable, report preparation, wellness administration Safety and OJI reporting and tracking Airport and governmental reports, employee badging Record retention and process implementation to ensure compliance with SAQ and other audit requirements Financial planning and analysis Contract oversight Event planning and other tasks to support local station leadership and employees Provides support for station frontline employees & general manager that includes answering general office questions, payroll and scheduling issues; duties also include support for badging requirements,gatheringdocuments for performance & wellness events and interpretation of contract on an ad hoc basis Processes & corrects documents related to exceptions in time & attendance systems toaccuratelyreflect payroll for frontline employees Buildsreports such as landing fee report, daily ops' report, and 30 other reports used by general managers, supervisors and financial planning & analysis (FP&A) to make decisions Processes accounting invoices for station expenses such as customer service vouchers (CSVs) & vendor invoices; duties also includebalancinggeneral ledger (G/L) line items on monthly basis and providing estimated expenses to financial planning and analysis (FP&A) Leads office supplies (including purchasing), plans office events andcoordinatesgeneral meetings
Qualifications
Qualifications- External
Required
- High School Diploma, GED or education equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficientin Microsoft Office primarily Excel, Access, Outlook and Word
- Ability to analyze and report out on data
- Strong andpositiveinterpersonalskills
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented
- Ability to maintain composure in peak volume/high pressure situations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
