Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative coordination or assistance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communicative skills, both written and verbal through multiple electronic tools (email, instant chat, text, etc).
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web based applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated flexibility in working on routine tasks as well as project related work
- Able to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and follow policies, procedures, and protocols related to administrative services
- Oversee and manage facilities contractors, ensuring timely and accurate completion of their tasks
- Coordinate and manage office operations, such as mail distribution, facilities management, and procurement and restocking of supplies/tools throughout the site,.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and events.
- Serve as focal point for contract administration practices. Manage paperwork associated with variances and exemptions according to client and site practices.
- Serve as procurement focal point for the site, assisting requisitions with resolution of procurement and payment related issued with centralized group off-site.
- Manage hard-copy document archiving process
- Management of site rewards and recognition programs.
- Manage external communications to outside parties, particularly with Community Engagement team
